Zombieland
The film takes place within a post-apocalyptic America, where a zombie apocalypse has been triggered when mad cow disease became mad human disease and then worse.
College student Columbus (Jesse Eisenberg) is on his way to Columbus, Ohio to see if his parents are still alive. He loses his car in an accident and encounters Tallahassee (Woody Harrelson) who is on a quest to find Twinkies. They travel together and when they stop at a grocery store, they meet two sisters, Wichita (Emma Stone) and Little Rock (Abigail Breslin). The sisters con them into handing over their weapons and steal their vehicle. The two men walk and soon find a Hummer H2 truck loaded with weapons. They then meet the girls again, who attempt to take the truck, their vehicle having broken down. Columbus proposes a truce and suggests they travel together.
Columbus tells Wichita he is heading home to Columbus, Ohio but she blurts out that it has been burned to the ground and is overrun by zombies. He decides instead to stay with the group. Wichita tells Columbus that she is taking Little Rock to "Pacific Playland" in Los Angeles, an amusement park rumored to be zombie-free.
On the way to the park, they pass through Hollywood and Tallahassee decides to take them to Bill Murray's mansion. Tallahassee and Wichita meet Murray himself, uninfected but disguised as a zombie with make-up so that he can walk safely among the infected and play golf without being bothered. Little Rock is unfamiliar with Bill Murray so Columbus shows her the film Ghostbusters. Murray later enters in order to scare Columbus and Little Rock as a practical joke, but thinking he is a real zombie Columbus shoots and kills him.READ MORE

Scream 3
Having experienced the trauma of the killings at Woodsboro and at Windsor College, Sidney Prescott now lives in a secluded area of California where she works as a women's crisis counselor from her home. Her home has a security gate around it and she is now practically an agoraphobic, only leaving her house to walk her pet Golden Retriever. Her whereabouts are unknown even to her surviving friends (save for Dewey and her father). Gale Weathers has become a largely successful news reporter (of a sensationalist style), thanks to the books she wrote revolving around the murders of the first two films and subsequent films based on the books. Despite the books' success, it has affected her personal life, as Dewey has apparently given up of any chance of their relationship and is instead dating actress Jennifer Jolie. Gale questions if everything she has done for her career are worth the prices she has paid.
Cotton Weary, the man wrongly convicted of killing Sidney's mother prior to the first film, is murdered along with his girlfriend Christine Hamilton for refusing to reveal information about Sidney's whereabouts. Suspected of being related to the original killings, Los Angeles police detectives led by Mark Kincaid inform Gale Weathers of Weary's murder, asking if she may know anything about a picture found at the murder scene. When she identifies it as a picture of Maureen Prescott, Sidney's mother, it becomes apparent the killings are linked to her murder.READ MORE

Scream 2
Sidney Prescott and Randy Meeks attend Windsor College. While attending the preview of Stab, based on a book by Gale Weathers about the Woodsboro murders, Phil Stevens is stabbed through the wall of a bathroom cubicle. The killer sits next to Maureen Evans, and she assumes the killer is her boyfriend wearing a mask. During the Casey Becker death scene the crowd goes wild. Taking advantage of this, the killer stabs Maureen. Since many of the movie-goers are wearing the killer's costume (as publicity material provided by the movie studio) and carrying fake knives, nobody takes Maureen's attack seriously. As the crowd realizes she's not faking, she dies. Sidney and Randy realize that a killer is on the loose again. Meanwhile Dewey arrives on the campus to protect Sidney.
The killer attempts to stab Sidney while setting up a copycat ploy. Alone in her sorority house, Casey "Cici" Cooper is threatened over the phone before the killer attacks her. After the police discover the body, the students at the nearby martini mixer go to investigate, leaving Sidney and her boyfriend Derek at the Delta Lambda Zeta house. The killer attacks Sidney, but Derek helps her escape.
At the police station, Gale and Dewey notice that the names of the victims loosely match the victims from Woodsboro. The police chief assigns two detectives to protect Sidney. The group is outside amongst dozens of college students when the killer telephones and taunts them. Gale and Dewey search the students in the area who have cell phones, trying to discover the killer. Randy is also looking around while talking to the killer on the phone, hoping to stall them. While he is outside a van, Randy is pulled inside and killed. His body is discovered by Gale and Dewey. The detectives protecting Sidney are attacked while their vehicle is stopped at a traffic light. The killer crashes the car, killing the detective and knocking the killer unconscious. Gale and Dewey approach the killer, resulting in Dewey being stabbed. Sidney and Hallie, her roommate, narrowly escape the wreckage of the car by squeezing past the unconscious killer in the front seat. Sidney decides to remove the killer's mask, but finds the killer gone. She turns around only to see Hallie being stabbed.READ MORE

Scream
Scream
The story is set in motion with the brutal murders of high school students Casey Becker and her boyfriend Steve, classmates of Sidney Prescott. The timing of the tragedy is hard on Sidney, who is attempting to cope with the anniversary of her mother's rape and murder. The following night she is contacted by the same person who killed Casey and Steve, a mysterious man dressed in a ghostly costume named Ghostface. Ghostface taunts Sidney over the phone and then attacks her in her home. Reacting to circumstantial evidence, Sidney accuses her boyfriend Billy Loomis of being the attacker. Because her father is away on business, she spends the following night with her best friend Tatum and her brother Dwight "Dewey" Riley, a deputy on the police force. While there, she receives another taunting phone call from Ghostface, who tells Sidney that she "fingered the wrong man...again."...which intimates that the man convicted of killing Sidney's mother, Cotton Weary, was actually innocent. This phone call seems to clear Billy, who is still in jail. Suspicion falls on Sidney's father, who turns out to be missing.
Sidney is forced to deal with the scandalization of her attack by tabloid television newswoman Gale Weathers. Gale is responsible for a book accusing Sidney's mother of having an affair with Cotton Weary and essentially calling Sidney an outright liar, leading to bitter mistrust between Gale and Sidney.
When word gets out that the killer is still loose, school is canceled as a precautionary measure, leaving the building abandoned. Despite the closing, the principal is killed while in school. Unaware of the principal's fate, Tatum's boyfriend Stuart "Stu" Macher throws a party; among the guests are Billy and Sidney, who reconcile through sexual intercourse, and film buff Randy Meeks, who explains to the other party-goers the genre conventions a movie character is required to follow in order to survive a horror film. Meanwhile, Tatum goes into the garage to find beer, and gets killed by Ghostface.
Gale, sensing the potential for a scoop, crashes the party and hides a video camera inside the house. As Dewey and Gale investigate the mysterious appearance of Mr. Prescott's car, the party-goers receive word of the principal's death and most of them head to the school. Ghostface starts to stalk those who remain behind, murdering Gale's cameraman Kenny and wounding Billy, Dewey, and Sidney. Gale is also wounded, in a car accident.
Sidney encounters Randy and Stu, who both accuse each other of being the killer; not knowing which one to trust, Sidney locks them both out of the house.
Billy falls down the stairs, seriously injured, and lets Randy into the house. Randy claims that Stu has gone mad, but Billy replies that "We all go a little mad sometimes" (quoting Norman Bates) and shoots Randy. Billy and Stu reveal that they are both the killer, and have been using a voice-changing device to make them seem like just one person over the phone. They also reveal that they had murdered Sidney's mother the previous year and then framed Cotton Weary for the crimes; similarly, they plan to frame Sidney's father for their current murder spree, by planting evidence on his body. They stab each other to create the illusion that they have been attacked by Sidney's father, but Billy cuts too deeply, and Stu starts to die.
Gale attempts to rescue Sidney and her father, but she is easily subdued when she fails to disengage the safety on her gun. However, Gale's interference does serve as a distraction which allows Sidney to escape. She returns to taunt and attack Billy and Stu; in the struggle that follows, she kills Stu and seriously injures Billy, before Gale saves Sidney's life by shooting him. Presumably dead, Billy springs to life one more time (a horror convention which Randy had predicted), but Sidney kills him with a bullet to the head.
In the epilogue, Dewey is carried away on a stretcher, wounded but alive, and Gale makes an impromptu news report on the events of the previous night as the authorities arrive.READ MORE

Cirque Du Freak: The Vampires Assistant
The Vampire's Assistant, based on the popular series of books by Darren Shan called The Saga of Darren Shan, is a fantasy-adventure about a teenager who unknowingly breaks a 100-year-old truce between two warring factions of vampires, a peaceful group called the Vampire Clan who don't kill their victims, and a group of stereotypical bloodsucking killers called the Vampaneze. Pulled into a fantastic life of misunderstood sideshow freaks and grotesque creatures of the night, one teen will vanish from the safety of a boring existence and fulfill his destiny in a place drawn from nightmares.
Typical 16-year-old Darren (Chris Massoglia) hung out with his best friend Steve (Josh Hutcherson), got decent grades, and usually stayed out of trouble. But when he and Steve stumble upon a traveling freak show, Steve recognizes one of the performers as a vampire. After the police shut down the show, Darren and Steve get separated. Steve goes to the vampire Larten Crepsley (John C. Reilly) and tries to convince him to make Steve into a vampire. Darren went to steal Crepsley's poisonous spider Madam Octa, and overhears the conversation between Crepsley and Steve. Crepsley says Steve has bad blood and refuses to turn him into a vampire. Steve swears to kill Crepsley and leaves.READ MORE

SAW VI
Simone and Eddie (Tanedra Howard and Marty Moreau) awaken in a room with a caged-in scale in the center, wearing head harnesses. The person who cuts off more flesh weight in sixty seconds will live, while the other will be killed by the screws. The overweight Eddie cuts fat from his body, but Simone chops her left arm off and tips the scale in her favor, saving herself. Lieutenant Mark Hoffman (Costas Mandylor) is called to the scene by Dan Erickson (Mark Rolston), who found Peter Strahm's fingerprints around the room. Erickson also reveals that Lindsey Perez (Athena Karkanis) is alive; he explains that he protected Perez after her incident in Saw IV due to her being a target of an unknown accomplice, now believed to be Strahm. Jill Tuck (Betsy Russell) meets with Hoffman at her clinic; he informs her that he is taking control of the games, and Jill hands him five envelopes received in the box from John's will, keeping the sixth to herself.
