The movie opens with Poseidon (Kevin McKidd) meeting up with Zeus (Sean Bean) on the top of the Empire State Building. Zeus comments that the storm clouds have no lightning and tells Poseidon that his master bolt has been stolen. Zeus blames Poseidon's son for the theft, though Poseidon claims his son does not even know anything of the gods and his identity, and gives Poseidon 14 days to return it or there would be war. Zeus then proceeds through the doorway to Olympus.

Percy Jackson (Logan Lerman) is introduced underwater holding his breath for seven minutes then emerging to a stunned Grover (Brandon T. Jackson), Percy's best friend. Percy goes back to his old apartment where his mother, Sally Jackson (Catherine Keener), is waiting for him. Sally lives with Percy's abusive stepfather, Gabe Ugliano (Joe Pantoliano). The next day, during a field trip to the Greek museum, a Fury disguised as Percy's substitute English teacher lures him away from the crowd. She attacks him, questioning him about the bolt. When Percy denies even hearing about one, she attacks. Before she can attack Percy further,Grover and Percy's Latin teacher, Mr Brunner (Pierce Brosnan), arrive and the Fury crashes out through a window. Mr Brunner orders Grover to take Percy to Camp Half-Blood, giving Percy the magical pen. Bewildered, Percy takes it anyway. They stop first at Percy's apartment to warn Sally. After knocking out Gabe, Percy, Grover and Sally take Gabe's car to Camp Half-Blood.

On the way there, Sally tells Percy about how his father was so charming and how he was forced to leave. The conversation is cut short when a cow is thrown into the the path of the car, effectively overturning it. When the car is flipped Grover reveals he is a satyr, a half human, half goat hybrid. He uses his hooves to break out of the car. They race to Half-Blood Hill on foot with the Minotaur on their tail. When they reach Camp Half-Blood's magical barrier, Grover and Percy go through, but the magical defences disallow Sally from entering. Now at the mercy of the Minotaur, Sally is picked up by the Minotaur, who proceeds to squeeze her. Sally turns into a shower of light and disappears. Percy attacks the Minotaur with Riptide. The sword falls out of reach to him, but he manages to kill the Minotaur with one of its horns. He passes out afterward from exhaustion.

Throughout the 21st century, Earth was governed by the Buy n Large megacorporation (BnL), causing mass consumerism and covering the planet in trash by 2105. In an attempt to resolve the situation, Earth's population was evacuated on fully automated luxury BnL starliners for five years while an army of trash compactor robots called WALL-E's were left behind to clean up the planet. The plan largely failed, however, forcing humanity to remain in space indefinitely. Seven hundred years later, in 2805, only one WALL-E unit functions, having survived by salvaging parts for himself from other defunct WALL-E units. This unit has developed sentience and a sense of emotion, particularly curiosity, as shown by his quirky habits of collecting knickknacks from the mountains of trash.

One day, WALL-E finds a seedling plant growing among the trash and returns it to his 'home' inside an old transport truck. Later, a spaceship lands and deploys an advanced probe robot named EVE. WALL-E is instantly mesmerized by EVE as she carries out her directive of searching for signs of plant life. Initially aloof and hostile, EVE begins to warm up to WALL-E and takes a liking to him. During a dust storm, WALL-E takes EVE to his truck and shows her the plant, causing her automated systems to store the plant inside her, activate a homing beacon, and deactivate her. WALL-E goes to great lengths to try to revive and take care of her, even going on a date with the inactive robot. When her ship returns to collect her, WALL-E desperately clings to the hull of the ship as it returns to the Axiom, the flagship of the BnL fleet.

The film revolves around an special FBI organization of trained secret agent animals, equipped with advanced tools including an advanced earpiece that allows the mammalian members to talk to humans. In addition to a team of cockroaches, the primary field team consists of guinea pigs Darwin (Sam Rockwell) (team leader), Juarez (Penelope Cruz) (martial arts), Blaster (Tracy Morgan) (weapons/transportation), star-nosed mole Speckles (Nicolas Cage) (cyber intelligence), and fly Mooch (reconnaissance) (Dee Bradley Baker). Hoping to impress his superiors on the eve of a budgetary review, the unit's leader, Ben (Zach Galifinakis), orders an unauthorized infiltration of the residence of home electronics and appliances magnate, Leonard Saber, who has been under FBI investigation for years. The team is able to successfully retrieve considerable sensitive information about a sinister scheme that is set to occur in 29 hours. However, when Ben's superior arrives for his evaluation, his astonishment at the team's capabilities and technology is overcome by his indignation at Ben's unauthorized mission and the fact that the downloaded intelligence appears to be useless information about Saber's coffee makers. As a result, the government agent orders the unit shut down, the equipment seized and the animals to be used as experimental subjects to be killed as security risks. With the help of their human compatriots, Darwin, Juarez, Blaster, Mooch, and Speckles escape with hopes of stopping Saber's scheme, but find themselves in a pet carrying case bound for a pet shop.

In AD 2154,humans are engaged in harvesting the resources of Pandora, the lush moon of Polyphemus, one of three gas giants that orbit Alpha Centauri A, 4.3 light years from Earth. Pandora is filled with incredible life forms, and is home to the Na’vi, an indigenous sentient humanoid race who are considered primitive by human standards. The Na'vi are tailed, slender creatures with sparkling blue skin, standing three meters tall. They live in harmony with their unspoiled world, which the humans have found to be rich with unobtainium, a valuable mineral.

Humans are unable to breathe the Pandoran atmosphere; in order to interact with the Na'vi, human scientists have created genetically engineered human-Na'vi hybrid bodies called Avatars, and use them to interact with the natives and gain their trust for a relocating operation. A human who shares genetic material with the avatar can be mentally linked to it, allowing them to control its functions and experience what it experiences, while their own body sleeps. The story's protagonist, Jake Sully (Sam Worthington), is a former U.S. Marine who was wounded and paralyzed from the waist down in combat on Earth. His twin brother Tony was a scientist working on the Avatar program; when he is killed, Jake is extended the opportunity to take his brother's place, as he shares Tony's genetic material and is therefore compatible with his avatar.

Carl Fredricksen, a shy and quiet young boy, meets an energetic and outgoing tomboy named Ellie, discovering they share the same interest in exploration as their hero, the famed explorer Charles F. Muntz. Ellie tells Carl of her desire to move her clubhouse to Paradise Falls in South America, and makes Carl promise to help. Carl and Ellie wed and grow old together in the old house where they first met while making a living as a toy balloon vendor and a zookeeper respectively. Unable to have children, they repeatedly try to save up for the trip to Paradise Falls, but other financial obligations arise. Just as they're finally about to take their trip, Ellie passes away, leaving Carl a lonely and bitter old man with nothing to live for and missing his wife terribly. As the years pass, the city grows around Carl's house with construction as Carl refuses to move. After a tussle with a construction worker over Carl's broken mailbox, the court orders Carl to move into a retirement home. Carl comes up with a scheme to keep his promise to Ellie, and uses his old professional supplies to create a makeshift airship using tens of thousands of helium balloons that lift his house off its foundations. Russell, a Wilderness Explorer trying to earn his final merit badge for "Assisting the Elderly", has stowed away on the porch after being sent on a snipe hunt by Carl the day before.

Raizo (Rain) is one of the world's deadliest Special Forces Ninja assassins, having been orphaned as a child and raised by the Ozunu Clan, believed by the world to be a myth. Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen is a 2009 American science fiction action film, directed by Michael Bay and produced by Steven Spielberg. It is the sequel to Transformers (2007) and the second film in the live action Transformers series. The plot revolves around Sam Witwicky (Shia LaBeouf), the human caught in the war between Autobots and Decepticons, having visions of Cybertronian symbols, and getting hunted by the Decepticons under the orders of their long-trapped leader, The Fallen, who seeks to get revenge on Earth by finding and activating a machine that would provide the Decepticons with an energon source, destroying all life on the planet in the process.

Transformers: G1, includes both the animated television series The Transformers and the Marvel Comics comic-book series of the same name, which is further divided into Japanese and British spin-offs, respectively. Sequels followed, such as the Generation 2 comic book and Beast Wars TV series which became its own mini-universe.
